VICTORIA LEGAL AID

Eligible clients can apply for a Grant of funding from Victoria Legal Aid for Family Law matters and Family Violence Intervention Orders. Please note that eligibility for Legal Aid funding is subject to a Means and Merits test administered by Victoria Legal Aid.
