Victoria Legal Aid - Property Program

Victoria Legal Aid will fund legal representation in Property law matters in limited circumstances.

If your asset pool is less than $500,000.00 or consists of only debt or Superannuation and you are deemed to be a Legal Aid Priority Client you are able to access funding for Property settlements including Mediations via FDRS, Consent Orders and proceedings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
